Group Prenatal Classes

Class is held at either 397 Bedford Highway or Synergy Physiopilates, Robie (dependent on room availability).

These evidence-based classes cover a lot of ground, including but not limited to - prepping the body for birth, how to know when labour has begun, medical and non-medical pain management, the body’s process during labour, induction and interventions, debunking cultural myths about childbirth, infant feeding, taking care of yourself after childbirth, sleeping, bathing and more. You also gain access to my online portal with handouts and videos.

The class is $250+HST for e-transfer, payment to liz@driftwooddoula.com. Please contact me for credit card payment, a fee may apply.
