Group Prenatal Classes

The next class will run January 12th12-6pm. Class will be held at 397 Bedford Highway

These evidence-based classes cover a lot of ground, including but not limited to - prepping the body for birth, how to know when labour has begun, medical and non-medical pain management, the body’s process during labour, induction and interventions, debunking cultural myths about childbirth, infant feeding, as well as video access to my portal for info on taking care of yourself after childbirth, sleeping, bathing and more.
